Studio Manager
Requirements Include:
- At least 4 years of office/project management in a professional environment
- Experience in the interior design, home-focused retail or creative services industries
- Experience with project management software and financial software - knowledge of Ivy, Asana and Quickbooks a plus
- Experience with supporting monthly, quarterly and yearly financial processes
- Must have professional written and verbal communication skills
- Must have the ability to work in a team dynamic and build trusting relationships
- Must be located in Portland, Oregon - some tasks can be done remotely, but will need to be present in the office most days
- Must have access to a car
Responsibilities Include:
Procurement Duties
- Manage all purchasing and procurement of products for interior design projects
- Manage product warehousing as needed - serve as liaison with warehouse team
- Coordinate shipping, deliveries and installations
- Coordinate and schedule contractor installation work as needed
- Enter all scheduling information in project tracking software
- Enter and manage all vendor information
- Prepare weekly status reports and ensure timely communication with principals and clients
- Coordinate with bookkeeper to reconcile vendor payments as part of monthly financial process
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure they are providing goods and services as needed
Bookkeeping Duties
- Payments tracking
- Time recording/billing
- Credit card management
- Financial reporting
- Financial records
Office Management Duties
- Maintain an organized office space
- Responsible for ordering office supplies
- Run errands as needed
- Maintain material library and order/return samples to vendors
